Thanks for these information. I know that King Ping is expecting some little glitches like that, but I have a great news for you: Sudar is working on a totally new version of King Ping right now that is supposed to see the day in a month or so.

This new improved version will fix all these little things and do much more.

This is likely because, “Sorry, due to recent abuse you must be logged in to add blogs to the system.“

Weblogalot.Com – this site, visited manually, has a very long latency/ page load time.

Site reads:
Please make sure your weblog is really in our database first!
How? For the first time manually ping us with the URL of your RSS feed.
The URL of your weblog will be read from your RSS. Then you can use the automatic way for a life time, simple

I added my feed manually, then re-pinged using King Ping. Got a slightly different error message: “Remote error: No data received from server. (6).” My guess is that they are experiencing load problems.

Thank. Good idea, I will do it as soon as I can. You can put anything in the URL. The thing is that all these services (if I am not wrong) will check you HTML page to find web feeds (normally RSS and Atom) in it, and then index them.
