Trip – Nepal – winter 2006. After my trip to India, I went to Nepal to do some trekking in the Himalayas. All the pictures have been taken between Lukla and Gokyo, to small villages in the Himalaya. Trip – India – winter 2006. Some hundred or so pictures of my trip to India. These pictures are from Delhi, the Rajasthan, Agra and its Taj Mahal.
Startup School conference – Harvard, Boston – autumn 2005. Some pictures I took at the Startup School conference 2005. I have to admit that they are not that good. By the way, Steve Wozniak is on one of them where we can’t see anything because there is not enough light... yes believe me, he is there!
Trip – Banff – autumn 2005. Some pictures from a short trip I took to Banff on my way back from Vancouver where I met a client. There are many pictures from Banff and the Mount Rundell that I climbed solo during a beautiful autumn day. For those who know that mountain, I didn’t take the traditional path. I climbed an old avalanche of rocks to arrive at the summit as soon as possible. However I had a little problem because there was snow at the top of the mountain and I only had my trekking shoes without crampons or anything else. I wasn’t able to climb to the top, so I stopped about 50 meters from the summit, as you can see in the pictures.
Quebec – summer 2005 – Some night pictures of Quebec City I took while testing my new digital camera.
Storm – Quebec – winter 2004. A small storm in Quebec City. Keep in mind that there was no snow before that tempest, so all the snow fell in a single night.
Robocup American Open competition – New-Orleans – summer 2004. Some pictures that we took during a robotic competition in which I participated in 2004. We had a team of 5 robot soccer players in the small-size league where we won third place. I developed the artificial intelligence software for this team in 2 years. I recommend you read the article (in French) to know more about what I have done for that team and how I developed the system.
Trip – Europe – summer 2000. Some pictures that I took during a trip I took during the summer 2000 in Europe. There are not many pictures because I didn’t have a digital camera at that time, so I only scanned some of them. During that trip I went to England, France, Spain, Italia, Germany, Belgium, Holland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland.
